The Sky of Taipei

Po-lin Chi (The Chinese pronunciation is the same as “Zeppelin” translated into Chinese) is a young aero-photographer. He gets into this area in 1992 and creates tons of pictures. In April, 2006, Chi builded a blog, in which he updates images every couple of days, showing the beauty of Taiwan. He also gives a short description by each article, to show his passion for this island.

I appreciate his idea very much, so I deside to cooperate with him. I paste his aero-photo onto Google Earth from Jun, 2008. Besides the up-tp-date image, I also review older pictures and have completed about 130 so far. If you read Chinese, you are welcome to download this kmz Areophot Filefile. This file is made by Networklink, therefore you can see the latest work anytime.

The Youtube video above is a 3-minute video contains 20 pictures from the sky of Taipei, showing with incidental music, Wang Che-lei’s “the Sky of Taipei: Rock and Roll Edition”. Hope you like it.

If you’d like to watch it in Google Earth, please download this KML CollectionGoogle Earth File. Let’s enjoy the beautiful sky of Taipei.
