Miramar is a leading shopping centre located in northern Taipei City. It is particularly noted for its very popular Ferris Wheel (48 cabins), which is just like the London Eye. Three years ago, barnabu’s successful work on the new Ferris Wheel inspired me to concentrate on a similar project. This allowed me to focus on the KML language and, one month later, to produce a 4D miramar Ferris Wheel. Since then, I have had a fair amount of confidence to use Google Earth, including the 4D MaoKong Cable Car and the Muzha-route Metro in Taipei.

However, so far, there is no Google Earth API for street view. If I cut them one by one manually, I will need 50 sets for 500 meter way. Mt. Shin-Long is an independent hill locates at Wan-Fung community MRT station, Southern Taipei, and is surrounded by communal house. The path is without refurbishment. I’ve explored a couple of times in these two years. This time, I purpose to make a trail map. I also take dozens of pano pictures and compose a series of trail view like street view, as the introduction of the trail.

In addition, as you can see, I put an electronic tower beside the path, and connect with cables. By the way, I set a 4D Mu-zah line MRT kmz file link, which is a former work of mine. The modeling of 3D Taipei buildings is my 2-year-ago work, which enriches the view. The tour is BGM with a delightful melody. Now, let’s go for a flight on Mt. Shin-Long and a bird view of Taipei City on Google Earth.
